Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Athlo! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out by email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times for orders:
5 - 10 business days after shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date the order is placed. Total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.
Delivery timeframes can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us at support@shopathlo.com.
Please allow 1–3 business days after shipping for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@shopathlo.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopathlo.com and we'll work with you to resolve it. For damaged items, please include a photo so we can help as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would like to order, please reach out to support@shopathlo.com before purchasing so we can confirm availability and timing.
