At Athlo, we want you and your young athlete to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@shopathlo.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@shopathlo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a different size, reach out to us at support@shopathlo.com and we'll help you with a size exchange.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopathlo.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once they have been worn or used. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us at support@shopathlo.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
